I think I may throw up.

Florida woman who has been married to both the former head of the Ku Klux Klan and the creator of a notorious white supremacist Web site is working as a spokeswoman for a school that aims to lift underprivileged black and Hispanic children out of poverty.

An executive with an organization that tracks hate groups calls the employment of the woman, Chloe Black, an "untenable position" and "unbelievable."

Black, the ex-wife of former KKK leader David Duke, is now married to Don Black, the creator of the white-power hate site Stormfront. Chloe Black is currently employed as an executive assistant at Florida Crystals, a sugar conglomerate whose owners, the Fanjul brothers, have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to help build a new campus for Glades Academy.

Glades is a charter school for the children of African-American and migrant workers in Pahokee, a rural town in Palm Beach County. Billionaire Jose "Pepe" Fanjul's wife, Emilia, is chairman of the board of Glades Academy, and she hired Black to help promote the school.

Reports suggest that Black's salary from the school may be going to support her husband's activities on the hate site, as Don Black has had no clear source of income for some time.

Don Black, in an online appeal for contributions to his hate site, wrote that he does not receive a salary from the site. "Stormfront is an online community of White activists," he wrote. "It's not a business, no one receives a salary, and our work is supported by voluntary contributions."

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, an Alabama-based non-profit organization that tracks hate groups, Don Black has not had a regular job for “years and years,” though the SPLC could not prove that Chloe Black’s salary from Florida Crystals was going to support Stormfront.

When contacted by FOXNews.com, Chloe Black refused to discuss the allegations or her role in Glades Academy. She told the New York Post earlier this month that she hasn’t been involved with the white supremacy movement “in 30 years.”

But the SPLC, which has followed the Blacks as principal leaders of the white supremacist movement for decades, said that is not true.

Mark Potok, the SPLC’s intelligence project director, said Black in June attended a key conference of the Council of Conservative Citizens, a group that says on its Web site that it opposes “all efforts to mix the races of mankind” and once described black people as “a retrograde species of humanity.”

“The SPLC’s role is not to make demands of the Fanjuls. But they have put as a front woman on this very worthy philanthropic project a woman who represents everything that is antithetical to this project. This is an untenable position. She is not merely a woman who married white supremacist leaders; she has actively participated in white supremacist functions,” Potok said.

Potok said he found Black’s involvement with Glades Academy “unbelievable.”

There is no indication that the Fanjuls or Florida Crystals were aware of Chloe Black’s right-wing sympathies when she was appointed to speak on behalf of Glades Academy.

Gaston Cantens, Florida Crystals' vice president of corporate relations, did not respond to repeated requests by FOXNews.com for comment but has been quoted as saying that the company does not “comment on the private lives of our employees.”

But a cursory look at Black's resume would have revealed her connections to the Knights of the KKK and the National Party.

In 1972 the then Chloe Hardin married David Duke, former Grand Wizard of the Knights of the KKK who is described as a neo-Nazi by his critics. They divorced in 1984 but are reportedly still friendly and speak regularly. Black is the mother of Duke’s two daughters.

Four years later she married Don Black, Duke’s best friend and an ex-Klansman himself. Black is the founder and webmaster of Stormfront, the premier online location for white supremacists in the U.S. and Europe.

“Don Black and David Duke are not lightweight nationalists,” Potok said. “They are rabid white separatists. Duke is better described as a neo-Nazi more than anything else.”

The Black family residence in West Palm Beach has been registered in Chloe Black’s name since the year she separated from Duke.

According to the SPLC, 32 percent of Pahokee residents live in poverty. The Glades Academy project aims not only to educate the children in the area, but encourage graduates to give back to the community.

This is amazing. Did she really think that no one would run a background check. ?? I cannot fathom the mind  set on this. I don't think her political views have changed nor are they likely to. Maybe she was trying to do some PR work on the separate but equal front.?The whole statement that she hadn't been involved in the  supremacist movement for thirty years is absurd. She lives with a Nazi for heavens sake.

First, can you source the story so I can pass it along with a link, please?

She pays the bills at her house, yes? if one of those is their internet bill, then she supports his web site.

I see her laughing behind the unknowing school's back, now. That thing (because she's no woman, and certainly no lady) is as decrepit as her current and ex husbands. Looks like she's a baiter, too.

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.

It is on this Fox site under news. I cannot post links for some reason. User interface is the most likely reason my children tell me.

its bad but no moreso then the many who work for the public schools that do everything in their power to promote every race as long as its not white.
And they take their race empowering just as seriously as the dreaded KKK.

That should make any decent person want to throw up

Nonsense,I worked thirty one years within school districts. It hasn't been til the last ten years or so that most administrators were not white males, mostly coaches. For as long as I can remember, and I come from a long line of teachers, if you wanted to be a principal you better have worn a whistle around your neck. Other than that, you got promoted on the basis of your performance not your color. I never aspired to administration, that was my husbands gig, but I have observed it closely and found that reverse discrimination was not the norm. You carry a huge chip truth. Doesn't it get heavy?

White administrators ARE THE WORST!
THEY ARE SO hell bent on pushing their liberal agenda which remember, it is white males who created Affirmative Action, that the rule of law has been to "not upset the minorities at any cost.

Especially as a white male you knew the higer ups were bent on REPLACING YOU WITH A FEAMLE OR IF POSSIBLE A FEMALE MINORITY.

As far as the huge chip, God does not give you more than you can handle, thank you very much :)

Yeah, that sucks.

Too bad the Poverty center doesn't report on the other hate groups like the Nation of Islam, The Weathermen and the New Black Panther Party.

Sounds like liberal bias to me.

Here's the kicker, groups like this are extremely aware of the limitations of the law. If they had denied her this position, she probably would have been in shape to sue, and win. There are people in government positions that are hired simply because they fill a slot. Nobody asks about qualifications or bothers to check them. Which is why our current state, federal and local governments are in such disarray. Heck, even our duly elected sheriff in Dallas county wasn't qualified to serve until she took the test three times to pass. That's obvious misrepresentation of abilities and qualifications, but you can't even begin to remove a person from a federal job without lawyers, unions and judges intervening.

I believe that multi-culturism divides this nation. I believe everyone who is a citizen of this country ought to forget where they came from and be united. We are all one.The KKK,Black Panthers,Lulac,Naacp are all supremist groups that promote one race over another. There are good people of all races that dont belong to these groups and just want this nation to be strong again. If you are in one of these groups you are a racist and deserve whatever happens to you.

I know a young lady that went to school to become a teacher.

She applied at DISD and was told, "You are the WRONG color" This was when they were begging for teachers! WRONG COLOR???

I guess white is the wrong color now days.

I like they way people throw around the KKK like every white on Earth is a practicing member. These same people fail to mention the racist hate groups of LULAC, LaRaza, The new black panthers, NAACP and the like. They too have members or relatives of memebers working at places some would shake their heads about.

If your family member commits a crime does that make you guilty too?

You don't use logic dear. You make sweeping generalizations with a dash of raging paranoia. You KNEW they were going to replace you with a woman. ALL white administrators are out to promote minorities and women. For two hundred years white males had the good. jobs often just for that reason. They were white males. They were promoted over women and equally if not more so , qualified minority men. The pendulum has swung and things are evening out. Life goes on it isn't a conspiracy it is change, some of it long over due.

UCHTT: it appears that you took on what god didn't give you...I've never seen him give anything that wasn't happy, joyous & free. Human beings take actions that harm others. Human beings also choose bitterness.

S'okay, momcat: we still have our $.79 on the dollar! (Men still have the whole dollar...)

THANKS FOR ADMITTING THAT YOU ARE NOT ONLY WRONG BUT THAT YOUR BIAS IS BASED ON REVENGE!

WHAT ABOUT SOME INNOCENT WHITE MALE CHILD WHO HAS BETTER CREDENTIALS AND IS DENIED A JOB.
THINK OF THE ANGER AND SUCH THAT THAT WILL EVOKE IN THEM AND THEY WILL PASS ON.

WAY TO GO
YOU MUST BE A RACIST BUT NOT IN DISGUISE

Oh give me a break. Revenge,? I am very happy as a woman and my husband was one of those white male administrators who made more money so I can't say as that bothered me over much.

How many young black men felt the same thing and for how long? You have yet to tell me what your exact expertise is.Have you ever held a position in a school district Have you been passed over for a position because you were white, if so where? Frankly given your attitude I wouldn't hire you for any position anywhere. You are one of the angriest men I have ever known, aside from some angst ridden teenagers who were Satan worshipers and some neo nazi skinheads. I don't think you fall under that category at least I hope not.

UCHTT: tell us what you do for a living so that we can see you point more.

That skinhead comment just doesn't seem too far off to me. They're angrier, but not much.

MC, he just doesn't understand it. He really really doesn't get it. It appears that he'd rather stay mad, bait people by shouting and basically be a bully.

IRL, not someone I'd want to hang out with. on the boards, just another person I kind of feel sorry for.

Ack! I forgot my other point (bear with me; I'm sick and hate fevers)...

I don't care which hate group someone belongs to; they should not be working for a state agency. But...the I imagine that the law only covers convictions, not lousy marriage decisions.
