It is almost hilarious to watch gas go from $4.00 a gallon to $3.83 a gallon. The lines at the pump become congested with what appears to be the new $0.99 cents a gallon. When gas drops $0.17 cents we all are guilty of saying "Finally the gas went back down". In reality we are only saving around $3.06 per tank. I know once I snap back into reality, that just irritates me more, since it only cost the Saudis $2 to pull it out of the ground.

Along with the gas we also have car manufacturers who still have not got the brains to develope a vehicle that will get 50 miles plus a gallon, setting aside the full blown hybrids like the Toyota Prius. My motorcyle is getting 50 miles a gallon. Now are the developers of motorcycles that much smarter than car manufacturers. And what the hell is up with all of the Lincoln car commericals advertising vehicles that get 24 miles a gallon. Are you kidding me? How the hell do you get excited about that? It is madning to see all of the ignorance especially on our televisions and it makes me want to spew automotive vile all over the place. How many stupid people does it really take before we finally come across some common sense people to develope vehicles that actually benefit the american people? We have had plenty of time ya know to come up with this concept. We have engineers who can put people on the moon, send robotic vehicles to mars, but we cant develope a more effecient car. There is also a concept of wind energy. Dont you think it is possible to develope a car with wind energy. A car will always encounter wind no matter where it goes. Wind energy can generate electricity which would in turn power the car. Dont you think this could work? It seems like common sense to me. If we can develope wind farms to develope electricity then we ought to be able to take the same concept and apply it to cars.
