Obama is currently trying to distance himself as much as possible from the Wrong rev. Wright in a press conference. He claims it's due to the "revelations" in statements Wright made over this weekend. Well, there's some problems with that.

Wright said Obama's previous denouncement of his words was him "just being a politician", implying he was merely saying what people wanted to hear. Wright went through a long explanation of his views, even anwsering submitted questions and all through it was calm and concise, never waffling on them. Obama claims it was a series of "rants with no basis in truth". Congratulations Barack, you just agreed with all the conservative pundits saying that over the last month. It took only a day of criticism for Barack to make this determination.

Why aren't we hearing it from OTHER members of that Church?

Why did we not hear OTHER members of that church come out saying they NEVER heard or agreed with these views? Even back in March or earlier this month?

Oprah knew it; that's why she left the church. Elect her!

Was CNN and Fox News asleep?

No.

Rev. Wright has never hid these views from anyone; his discussion at the National Press Club demonstrated that. 20 years in the pews, godfather to his daughters, considered family yet Obama never heard this??? Even Hillary never made a statement she was "unaware that her husband cheats on her". I hope he pays better attention in the Senate!

He's heard these views for years. And nodded his head to them in church.

Yes, Obama lied about all of this. He tried to dodge this political fastball but instead, he leaned into it. He didn't want to cut ties he STILL considers important and AGREEABLE to him, but with Hillary's upswing, winning Pa. and holding the 7 big states to win a presidential election... he had to cave. But even STILL he rejects the man's remarks and views... but not the man making them.

Too little and far too late.

If you watched his key note speech before the NAACP meeting in Detroit over the weekend you learned some astounding things.

The biggest to me is that the Good Rev Wright says:

There is a physiological difference between black kids and white kids in their brains as far as learning goes. That difference accounts for black kids not staying in their seats and learning from the white system - it was designed for white kids brains so is inherently racist.

Seems to me that would mean he is advocating segregated classes at a minimum and segregated schools more like it.

Taken a step further there should then be two sets of laws for black people and white people. There is no way, if there exists, the brain learning difference that the good rev Wright says there is, to expect both races to understand and be able to follow the same laws.

That stuff sounds like it would be taken from some skinhead or Klan website - but no - this is stuff from the black pastor who has fans all over this country it seems and has advised the Obama family for 20 + years.

OK - SO THIS STUFF WAS COMING FROM A MAN WHO HAS BEEN ALL OVER THE COUNTRY GETTING AWARDS AND APPLAUSE FROM THE BLACK COMMUNITY.

I THINK THERE HAS TO BE A CERTAIN TYPE OF INSANITY FOR ANYONE WHO LISTENS TO A WORD THIS RACIST CREEP SAYS.

OBAMA LISTENED FOR 20 YEARS OR MORE - HIS WIFE LISTENED - THEY ONLY COME OUT AGAINST HIM AS THE POLLS TELL HIM TO.

I think Obama believes the same racist stuff and I really believe his wife does.

Do black people really believe this stuff? Is my teaching my daughter that w

Can you imagine what the black community would be doing right now if the roles were reversed and this was a white preacher.

I can tell you what they would do, they would march on his Church and shut it down one way or another.

#1 - Sorry Obama you are too late. For weeks the news-talk media has been saying the same things you said today. Only say if it the polls tell you to I guess, eh?

#2 - Rev. Wright says that he "is running for Jesus." Well, I can tell you two things for sure. First, Rev Wright is son of God and is loved by Him. Second, Jesus is not speaking through him or him. That was not His Mission nor His message while here on Earth.

#3 - Since when is Rev. Wright an authority on how people learn? I have read about Brain-based Learning but have never heard it in the terms that he stated. I'd like to ask him about his research, or maybe I should ask him in which journal his research was published. His words are without merit. Maybe that's where Obama learned it from.

when i listen to what the man says it just leaves me with questions not aswers. why would he think blacks think differently than whites? he is always saying things that lead ppl to believe that blacks and whites are different. Aren't we suppose to be seeing ppl as the same and not judging by the color of skin? The man has a problem that he needs to deal with, he needs to go to therapy for his racial hatred

Rev. Wright is a racist pig, and so are all of his followers, especially Obama! He reminds me of the man behind the curtain in the Wizard of Ozz. " Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain"!!!
