Everyone needs to feel that they are appreciated and that they make a difference. It is rare that anyone is told his however. Nancy you have definitely made a difference by sharing this post. Again thank you and I hope all the bloggers will take the couple of minutes to view the link.

It's a great film. I wish that my boss felt that way. Frankly, I don't think he likes me very much and today has been especially bad because it seems that in eight years of working, I don't matter much at all. I wish I mattered that much. I wish someone cared that much.

TTB you have people that care that much. The problem is that people don't express those kind of emotions. Sometimes it makes them uneasy or other things. Believe you have people out there who appreciate you.

Hell with my boss. I don't really give a ff what ...wait....I have 2 bosses. I don't give a FF what ONE of my bosses thinks, but the one I admire and look up to, I do care....

Bosses are usually good at yellin............(I was a boss once...lmao)

Old time BBS'er: FIDOnet, HOGnet, Snooknet, etc. I remember 300 baud modems. On the net since early '94. Love web design & doing my own graphics. First computer was a Trash80 or that Commodore 64, can't remember which happened first for me. Still have my QBasic books. I tend to dream in code. Did tech support. Beta tester. Have kept 4 other blogs for sometime, one of them since 2000 unless you count BBS's and then it goes waaaayyy back. Like I needed another one. Ah BLEEP, forgot about Facebook. Make that 5. *shakes head*
