It's the most wonderful time of the year!!!  No, not that one, I am referring to the NFL playoffs.  Like the old coach from New Orleans would say "PLAYOFF?".  If your team didn't make it, then it's time to root for your second favorite team.  For most of us it's within our states.  For some others, it's next closest NFL team or your favorite Amreica's team the Dallas Cowboys!!!  This is the time that some hot team gets a splash full of reality.  While teams like the Redskins are hot going into the playoff, you have to look at team they play in December and if those game even meant anyting to those team they beaten.  As a professional, you want to keep the integrity of the sports and go out to win.  It's a fine line though.  If you are already in the playoff and got one or more of your starter hurt, you won't be a head coach for very long, especially if that cause a different outcome towards the run to the Super Bowl!!!  It's no guaranteed for my beloved Cowboys or any team as a matter of fact to get to the Super Bowl.  I however, do love their odds.  Starters will be back healthy and ready.  Teams they will face in the NFC has not beaten them, other than the gift to the Redskins, which I like to playfully refer to them as pork rinds and drag queens, not that I have anything against any of these two things, just not a fan of it.  Favre proved time after time he can not beat the Cowboys in Dallas!!! People said that he is due, I disagreed.  I feel and believed that certain team has an individual's number.  He might put up a good stat, but, Packers will still lose in the NFC Championship game at Dallas.  That's not a prediction, just a statiscal fact, until it gets proven otherwise.  As you read in my other blog, the two main reason I want to see them go undefeated in the regular season.  If you haven't, then check out "SUB PARTRIOTS BOWL".  while, they may have home field advantage, the other AFC teams have definitely taken notes and are licking their chops to send the cheaters home without their "NOTEPADS".  In fun and never giving up on your team, I do like to wish your teams good luck especially if your team has to come up against America's Team,  the DALLAS COWBOYS!!!

The odds may look good for the Boys. Like the AFC teams taking notes on the Pats. Likewise are the other teams taking notes on the Boys.

Use the same formula the Skins used on them sunday. There's no telling who will make it to the NFC championship, but one things for sure, there's gonna be some good match ups. I still think it will be a lower seed making it to the top, unless the top teams pull their heads out from where the sun don't shine.

One thing about the game with the skins is that the Cowboys didn't have most of their starter on the field. If teams are taking notes on the Cowboys second stringer then that's even better for the Cowboys. I still think it will be Packers at Cowboys for NFC Championship.

The Skins didn't play with T.O. and others in the lineup. That's an entirely different banana.

Go Cowboys and go San Diego (my home town)!

I thought San Diego was dead. Those guys really stepped it up. I like L.T. he's a great and humble player. No smack talkin outa him.

Phoint1, what are you doing awake so late, or so early?

Haters should be welcomed. That make the blogging more interesting. Just think of how boring it would be without Gohomejones and Puton and I around here. You gotta have the oppostion to go along with the blogging.

I certainly like the smack talking people do about the Packers. If no one talked smack about the Pack, that would probably mean people are ignoring me and I'd be talking to myself all blog long. I say, bring on the smackers.

I bleed Blue and Yellow, but in reality, I know that it will be a short lived glory. They dont have the mustard to take down the colts or Pats.

Plow Toy fans need to get into the same groove. Its gonna be short lived...like...done in the first round!! Cant say the skins have what it takes to go the distance, and anyone that makes it to the show for the NFC is only going to be a lamb to slaughter for the Pats...Slomo and company will be watching the SHOW from a TV set somewhere...NFC is hard to call but the easy call to make is the plow toy melt down next week on the 13th or when ever it is. I dont keep up with it because its gonna be more fun to watch the excuse makers call the Pats names, but have nothing to brag about accept a playboy for a QB..."Should old aqaintance beeee forgot...." c'mon you know the words...its a fare well to a lucky season...

I have no problem with people talking smack about my Cowboys!!! What I am saying is that they can hate on the Cowboys all they want, but, they can never take away the Title of America's Team!!! You can ask people that don't like the Cowboys who is America's Team, and they will tell you the Cowboys!!! We have the Stars on our helmets, like the Stars on our Flag.... This is before our time, but, maybe it's time for another playboy to win the Super Bowl. Who is the first one you might ask? Broadway Joe Namath, of Super Bowl 3. He even guaranteed a victory, and even his team mates got mad at him for doing so, but, guess what they did to the might colts? Joe delivered his guaranteed, because the man has more heart than talent, and I will take that any day of the week!!! So, bring on your comments, "ain't skeered". That's what makes this country so great!!!

Dude, what do you think of Keyshawn Johnson returning to the NFL and playing for the Dolphins under Parcells? Rumor added today under yahoo football. What a trip. I thought that guy was gone for good.

With the style of receiver that he is, he could make a come back. What I mean is that he's a positional receiver rather than a speed receiver. He does run good route, but, unfortunately, it's not a quarterback position that he doesn't have to endure a lot of punishing hits. Looks like what Terrell Owens had said to him had gotten under his skin!!!

These comments were not meant to upset anybody that still like the Cowboys, but, doesn't like JJ. If I ruffle your feathers, it was only to get a comment out of you. I agreed with you the way that JJ handle the firing of a Coaching legend Tom Landry. He definitely should have done it differently. One thing that you have to admire about the man is the passion that he puts into the team. He gives them the best chance that feels will help team win the Super Bowl. I think the one thing that he can do to help sooth the pain of firing Coach Landry is to name the new stadium "Tom Landry Cowboys Stadium". What do you think of that? I don't want Texas Stadium, because there could only be one. I definitely don't want Jerry Jones Stadium or Arlington Stadium. You were a fan since 1960?

Got a trivia question for you. First one, What is the Cowboys record during their inaugural year? Second one, What is the Former Dallas pro team that is still in the NFL? Third one, What did they used to be called before they moved from Dallas?

Yes folks, the Dallas Cowboys were not the original pro football team here in Dallas!!!
