where's the air conditioners

About 2 weeks ago some people come from Dallas passing out fliers. On these fliers was telling free air conditioners for the elderly and disabled. They took names and addresses of a lot of elderly people. On the flier it also gave a phone number (1-877-847-2145) code # 1001. As of today July  29, no one have received an air conditioner or had any other contact from these people. I want to know can Fox investigator can find who these people are and air these liars on National Television.
