thats the main problem. most of them are coming from single parent homes.. now although i do like the girls trend of showing the thong. i dont think its right for the workplace. and yes many females (19-27) come to work showing off their victoria's secret as an accident.. but young men feel this is 'cool" when in reality it brings down self-esteem, makes one feels lazy about himself/herself, and although based on personality makes many feel they should act "criminal" this shouldnt be a war on just sagging pants.. it should be a war on the mentality behind this trend. we need to do something to teach these "lost souls" they can do things to better themself. i see soo many these days that are basically left behind. sad and whats even more sadder.. they're the role models for future generations to come.

yeah...i've seen it for years....and its gotten worse each year....it started with the low rider jeans....then the baggy stuff....then the sagging started...at first it was just a hint of the waistband showing.....then a little more....now its to the point where they literally have to hold their pants up with one hand.....where can ya go from here???....pants around your knees???.....around your ankles??.....if it continues, in a few years they will have to drag their pants on the ground behind them to make a "statement"....it's just really getting ridiculous....i've always thought that the look was completely stupid....and i can't believe that it is still considered to be "in"....its become kind of comical....you are starting to see it "spoofed" in movies and videos....

i know some blame hip-hop/rap for starting the trend, yet at the same time those in the industry try and stay distance away from subjects such as these. basically its showing we have a problem with the young kids and young adults these days which is soo true. No longer are there any programs that help bring up these "at risk" kids, no longer they have ideal role-models stemming out of the single-parent homes, seems they've just lost all hope and are expressing themselves by looking "gangsta slouchy" blame goes to them and the young females that like the look. there's no intelligent reason someone can walk around showing their butt in public. its embarressing to see a young black male looking like that when i know there's other things in life to learn, explore , and earn and have yet these idiots do this to impress some girl who's likely to have a kid by time she's 18 because its now considered "the IN thing" Dallas needs to take a strong stance on this self-image thing thats running rampant. ive seen it in N.dallas, plano, south dallas, oak-cliff, n.e dallas, east and west, everywhere. Clear Channel also needs to take blame cause it it wasnt for them playing "that kind of music" kids wouldnt think "this is so kool to act like this" yea they may now cut out the "n-word" yet they still play songs about sex, drugs, pimping, strippers, and "the gangsta-life" no matter they still play the music to keep the image going. LOL, i wrote that to not offend any gays but maybe as an incentive to young "sagging pants addicts" to not wear them that low. pants are meant to be worn at the waist level( women are the exception when it comes to terms of hip-sexy-huggers" if they want everyone to look at their behinds then maybe 'this look' is a signal they are equal opportunist and its a signal they might want more than females watching their backside.
