Anxiety attacks?,i get them too randomly and had lost many hours of sleep.Alot contribute to this delema such as stress related issue's or the common worry.The list can go on to the related issues.Many people utilize an active lifestyle to relieve such oppressions.Also interveine with yoga or tie-che.Had even seen a guy in an office use a squishie ball.What ever come to mind the little things do work.

I'm enjoying the 9-10 hour. It seems more laid back, if that's possible! I cracked up when Gilbert Gottfried sat next to Ron after he did the news and then Tiffany came and got him.
