I’m doing a segment on Friday in our 9 am hour about guys and bonding!

The premise is men have to be with men once and awhile – to have a night out – away from women – to bond – and be – you know- guys!

Dr Judy our beloved psychiatrist/researcher weighs in on how this can improve the lives of men and women!

What do you guys think?  Do you do a weekly night out with the guys?  What about you women?  Do you like this?

I would love to watch an awards program like last night’s Emmy’s without any mention of politics!  Wouldn’t you?

We look to the actors of these television shows to provide us entertainment and a diversion of the day’s problems.  The last thing I need is Hollywood’s actors telling me how lousy the world is because the person they hate is in office or running for office.

Say thank you and shut up!

MAKE YOUR OWN ORANGE JULIUS AT HOME:

HERE'S HOW:

Put half a cup each of cold water, milk and orange juice in your blender with one-eighth of a cup of sugar and 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla. Also, three ice cubes.

Then run the blender until the ice is crushed.

We're raising money for Phoneix Children's Hospital.

The valley's best chefs will there making wonderful dishes, there will be wine tasting, and Andrea and I will be MC's a celebrety chef challange at 10 am.

Saturday moring at the Biltmore, all to benefit Phoenix Children's Hospital.

I shameless plug this because, well for one thing, I think it’s really cool. Also, if your going out of town, on vacation or whatever, you can always keep in touch just by bringing your lap-top along! And soon we’ll be adding a fifth hour! 9 to 10 am.

There’s a story today about the two Satellite Radio Networks and how even though they will probably be merging soon, the outlook for these two companies is not good.

Their stock is way down today after a Goldman Sachs analyst issued a negative long-term outlook for the companies, saying demand for satellite radio is diminishing.

In other words more people are using MP#3 players or i-pods, streaming audio to cell phones and other high tech stuff and could care less about listening to the radio.

What do you think?  Do you have an I-pod – or use your phone for entertainment or do you still like the radio?

And what bothers me even more, He doesn't seem to really care!

What's his appeal?

Are we blowing this Miley Cyrus photo shoot for Vanity Fair Magazine out of proportion?

We're told that her parents were with her during the shoot and that they knew everything that was going on. Racey pictures of a 15 year old in a National Publication. And her parents approved?  That doesn't ring well with me.

This may sound like the funniest question of the year, but here goes.  Do you have tickets to the Superbowl?  

OK, how's this one?  Do you plan on watching the Superbowl on TV? (ON FOX-10)

Alexis and I interviewed Randy Jackson this morning after the show.  The interview will be aired Wednesday morning.

We talk about the new American Idol season, and what's new this year.  At the end of the interview he kind of confirms a rumor that's been going around.  Are Randy and Paula going to preform some way, some how during the Super Bowl?
