jeezus, rodney, i don't know ,fer christ sakes go back 50 years ago in your time machine you got and ask the people in the jim crow era why they did that. as for now ,the laws have changed and we don't do that today or haven't you noticed and i actually think we have progressed to the point that i don't give a crap who drinks from the water fountains now cuz of their COLOR, i'm worried about GERMS, i'm like howard hughes, i don't like to touch the door knobs in public bathrooms cuz somebody didn't wash their hands and there is microscopic sh- i-t on the knob!

Why is it racist not to want a discount store in an area? There are people in south Dallas that are protesting liquor stores. And I personally am offended that Dallas has allowed both a head shop and two sexual toy stores on the fringe areas near Carrollton. Residents have the right to express their opinions. And zoning boards have an obligation to make sure that one area isn't saturated with discount stores that drive down the tax revenue. If zoning boards don't take the responsibility to do this, then when tax revenue goes down, due to less sales dollars and therefor lower sales reciepts by the city, then the homeowners are taxed more for everyday services like police, fire, water and streets. That's the whole issue of overcrowding in residences as well. If there is one family per home or apartment, then they pay their fair share for the services received. If instead several families live in one house as is happening in much of that area, then the services they receive is at a discount over those which their neighbors pay for via taxes. I have seen what happens when discounters take over a neighborhood. It drives out other businesses and makes it even more difficult for current residents to find the goods they want.

Most blacks dont want to live with whites.
Most PEOPLE are only comfortable around others that are just like them.

That has nothing to do with laws written by humans its just the make-up of many a person.

There should be NO laws that are written by the government that promote racism BUTTTTTT:
