THE DRUGS COMPANIES HAVE CONVINCED OUR DOCTORS( corrupt our doctors)AND US THAT EVERYONE NEED REALLY  LOW  CHOLESTEROL IN ORDER TO CHEAT HEART DISEASE, THIS HAS DRIVEN BILLIONS IN STATIN  DRUGS REVENUE (u money my money) ONLY TO FIND OUT  THAT THEY CAUSE  ADVERSE SIDE EFFECT (need another pill) AND DON'T PREVENT HEART DISEASE  (you dead)

my mom started a daily regimen of oatmeal,two teaspoons of oat bran and one to two  tablespoons of benecol spread, her cholesterol is lower than ever ....

ARE YOU MAKING DRUGS COMPANIES RICH???

nope, for people who can give blood should especially men. That is the best cholesterol lowering tool you can use.

When i started giving blood many years ago, my cholestrol was over 200, did not change my diet and i gave every 56 days and my cholestrol slowly dropped to 130, plus in my mind your body creates new pure blood with no toxins and besides giving blood (for men) it helps reduce the risks of strokes and heart attack.

I've always heard a lot about garlic pills to lower bad cholsterol levels. Don't know much statistically about this though, except that garlic pills (even the guaranteed odor-free varieties) can give you really rank breath and indigestion. Food for thought though (pun intended).

Garlic is a miracle herb, it even drives away vampires, haa haa! So...wear garlic around your neck when around Pelosi, et al. :-)
