This blog may need to be categorized as Entertainment. I'm not quiet sure. I heard on the news tonight that on the UNT campus lawn, some students held a funeral for an albino squirrel that had passed away. They had an easel with his/her picture on it and even stated that some of the students thought if they saw a glimpse of the squirrel before they took a test, the squirrel would give them good luck. I hate that the squirrel died, but isn't this a little strange?

I'm not sure if this is true, but I have recently received an email stating that the USPS is releasing a muslim stamp on October 6, 2006. Does anyone know if this is true? I have sent an email to the USPS and FirstGov.Gov. Why would we circulate and support a muslim stamp celebrating their holiday? I just think it is wrong. When top religious leaders in this country admit their belief that in order for them to get to heaven, they have to kill a non-believer. Are they not worshipping their belief of killing others (terrorism) in our own country right under our noses and our government is allowing it. I do not think a Muslim stamp should be allowed to circulate in the USA. Let me know what you think and if anyone has any information on the stamp. Thank You
If you are also offended, please contact USPS and our government and let them know.

I say ABSOLUTELY! The poll showed 86 percent of people are in favor and offended by the baggie pants that exposes under garments. This has been going on for years. What has taken so long for people to finally get upset about it and decide that kind of dress is not appropriate on the streets of Dallas and especially not appropriate for schools. What is the matter with us that we let it go on as long as it has. They even wear the uniforms baggie with their underwear showing and that has been acceptable? That is has been acceptable this long is crazy. We have to start putting our foot down and stop letting these punk/gangster type kids get away with their inappropriate actions. They're parents obviously don't care what they do or how they dress, so they have left it up to the schools to educate, teach manners, now teach them how to dress too. So if the parents leave their kids in the school districts hand to mold then let us decide that they should also dress appropriately. I say, I'm glad people finally WOKE UP! It's about time. I think that is absolutely the most ridiculous thing that a person can't even walk right that their pants may fall down at any given moment. I don't want to see anyone's underwear! I HOPE THAT BAGGIE PANTS HANGING TO THE KNEES AND EXPOSING UNDERWEAR IS BANNED ON THE STREET AND IN THE SCHOOLS!

I totally agree with one blog which stated breastfeeding has been proven to be the very best source of nutrition for newborn babies. I don't think anyone is disagreeing with that fact. However, I am a mother of two and I do believe that breastfeeding should be something that should be done in private not in a public place among men they don't know and children that do not yet understand that concept. In this day and time there are too many weirdos out there that may just be looking for a show. I do not think it is appropriate and I do not think it should be too much trouble for a mother to go out of her way to find a private area for a short amount of time to feed her baby. I do not blame the store owner. I think she should have that right to ask her to leave. But Again, I do think breastfeeding is the best choice and should be a beautiful thing kept private between mother/family and babie alone.
