Incredible I have been reading your post for some time now and there is a way to settle the military arg. you have been having all you have to do to convence me that you have been in the military is to answer two questions.
(1) Who is Dan Daly, and what branch of ser. was he in and what did he do after retiring ?
(2) who is Robert Ryan and what brench of the serv. was he in and what war?
