Two interesting stories in different areas of our county, but related by one factor....ILLEGAL ALIENS.  Here in our area, Coppell police have raided a home in Carrollton where an illegal alien was running drugs and a prostitution ring.  He may have a better life through the illegal money he was making, but what about his neighbors and our society in general?  This is a far cry from the statements of LULAC and the ACLU about these poor people coming here just to work and make a better life.  The shooter of students up north is a Peruvian illegal alien who raped a 5 year-old before this latest incident.  I don't know how we can explain him still being here in the country after the rape of an innocent child.   Hopefully these incidents will wake a few up about the cost of illegal immigration to our safety, the deterioration of our neighborhoods, and the mindset of following our laws.  This has me so mad, I'm seeing red!

Fact is, they commit a lot of crimes... just one more reason it's disgusting that we don't actually do something postive about the flooding of our borders with criminals! They break the law coming here and continue to do so once here... then rape, murder, steal, etc.! ENOUGH

Not right. Not good. Why do we want open border again?

I've always said that if they didn't respect our laws enough to come here legally, then why would we even think they would respect the other laws we have.

I just keep wondering when the heck we will get the fence, really punish those who provide jobs for illegals, stop providing medical care, stop educating their children, and stop renting to them? Hopefully illegals would go home, and the criminal justice system would deal with them.

I would just be happy with a secure border, one that has a sign: "One Way" were, if you want to leave, no questions asked. For the other way: No visa, non-grata...

After that, I'm open to any option regarding those already here.

No, I heard it on the news they referred to him as a "undocumented worker" that sounds much better than illegal scumbag.

I think the media in general is afraid of a backlash and they have stopped letting the public know if offenders or perps are here illegally or not. And it isn't just Mexicans, there were several Asian bathhouses busted last year with young women who were here illegally and there were Russian women in Plano here just to be part of a prostitution ring. This is why Farmers Branch is so concerned because they see what has happened right across LBJ Fwy down Webb Chapel. And it's also happening along Audelia. Both of these area used to be nice middle class neighborhoods, but are now gang ridden and overrun with multiple families in single family residences. And nobody seems to care.

'Undocumented immigrants' here to do the work that you and I won't do, like rapeing children, prostitution, dealing drugs, stealing, terrorizing and murdering innocent people.

I can,t understand why we don't welcome them !!!

I am married with three grown children. The last one just moved out so we are experiencing "empty nest" quite happily. No dogs, no cats, or anything else to take care of. I am a proud American, Texan and Southern woman. I am very proud of my son, who is serving in the US Navy. I am bilingual as I speak English and Texan. We are currently looking to relocate in Farmers Branch.
