Postoffice Street Cam

Once notorious for its bordellos, Postoffice Street was the bustling core of retail commerce in the Southwest's most important Cotton and Oil port. It survived the 1900 Storm and the depression of the 30s only to fall prey to the suburban shift of the 60s and the building of the Houston Ship Channel.

The Postoffice Street restoration of the 90s created a revitalized arts, entertainment, and residential district including more than 25 historic buildings. Besides the growing number of residential lofts, the area includes art galleries, boutiques, and shops.

Thanks nived. Before the power went out I was watching the purple patch approach my area. No damage was done. It was getting a little warm in here though. My furry babies were scared except for my Bella. She curled up with me. The worse thing for me was the silence and being diconnnected from the world. I am on the computer about 16 hours a day and I felt so alone without it. And not knowing what the weather was doing was a bummer. Alls well that ends well. I keep saying I'm gonna get one of those weather radios but I forget until another storm approaches. Thanks for your well wishes. Your in north dallas, I used to live in addison.

Nobody can ever say you are halfway.

I gotta buy some stuff so that when the power goes out I can still have my computer. I have the battery and can work offline but I can't do anything on the internet. Now that I am working from home I gotta look into this.

I was looking at the above pictues. I would hate to have my house on camera. Do these people know they have a camera pointed at them?
Now I'm afraid to go outside cause I am never dressed. Well not completely anyway.
