I am just wondering which report is true I took this write-up off the Star-Telegram but Fox  4 says he was arrested at a "store". Someone needs to get their story straight.

Popular radio talk-show host Russ Martin spent a few hours in the Keller Jail on Friday after being arrested at a Southlake gym, authorities reported.

Martin, host of the Russ Martin Show on KLLI/105.3 FM, faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon involving bodily injury, said Cpl. Mike Bedrich, a Southlake police spokesman.

He was arrested about 9:30 a.m. and was released after posting $10,000 bail, a jail staff member said.

One person was injured in the gym incident, Bedrich said, but he declined to provide further information.

Police investigators will turn over their findings to the Tarrant County district attorney’s office, which will decide whether to file charges, Bedrich said. Martin did not return messages left at the station.

I always thought I had bad Luck but One of the guys that works with my Husband is really having the Bad luck running Rampant in his Family,

Remember the Lady that worked at the Ace Check cashing Place over in NRH and was shot when she went to open up the Store and then drove untill she pulled over and called the Cops well she is no longer workind at ACE she was let go .Plus she can no longer work anyway since she still have a Bullet Lodged next to her Heart and if they operate there is a Chance she would never make it thru the Surgery.

Then the Couple that was shot  at the Apts last week over in West Ft worth well the Girl is the Womans Daughter  that was shot at the Check cashing Place.And from what I understand she isnt  Likely to make it Either.She was shot in the Head and her Boyfriend was shot

after Her.The Girl has a Beautiful Little Girl but she has Loving Grandparents to take care of Her.

So when I think of all the Things that dont to be Going right in my Life I think of this Family and of all the Tragedy that they are Facing every day.It has been a Rough year for them and it has Just started.

My Husband works with the Husband of the Lady that was shot at the Ace Check  Cashing company in Bedford The other day.

She is still in the Hospital in the ICU unit apparently when she was shot in the Shoulder but  the Bullet traveled close to her Heart and is still Lodged there. The Doctors were debating on whether to Remove the Bullet or leave it because they say where it is at is in a Dangerous Place so they have decided to Leave it in There .

They still aren"t sure what  her outcome will be but I have met her once and she is Decent Loving Wife,Mother and Grandmother. 

Update as of 1/23/08

The Lady in this story was fired from Ace Check Cashing after  she was Released from the Hospital.

And to make matters worse for this Family is that the Couple that was shot in Ft worth  is their Daughter.And she isnt expected to make it at this time.Their is a Small child involved in this Misery .So my Heart goes out to this Family.

To much Pain for One Family to have to go thru in one short Year

Tonights  Viewers Voice was down Right Nasty.It is hard to Believe that a Couple of People Actually Kiss their Wive's and Husbands with the Potty Mouth they have  the Trash  Talk that was Spewing out of their Mouths. That one "lady" I bet she said DAMN 10 times or More.I bet  she Never even Read Huck Finn (couldnt quit Cussing long enough to read it).That old man wasnt any Better I couldnt even understand half the Words he was even trying to say Because of all the Cussing.I bet he made his Momma Proud.

Poor Steve How does he stand Listening to some of those Calls.....But the old man was Right about One thing ......Why do they repeat the same news Over and Over and Over again.It is always about the Same Thing on the News..Sometimes I have to Admit I change Between Other Channels to see if All the News Channel do that and for the Most Part they dont But I like Watching Fox4 so i guess I will deal with That.

Well it seems like another Robber Picked the WRONG  house to Rob in Dallas.It seems the Owner had a Parrot that Likes to say"Hello"and Just happened to alert the Homeowner someone was in his Garage so the Owner Blew him away.Hip Hip Horray.Come on Rebecca are you going to this Man's House and Brow Beat him Too.

That man at the Salvage yard that  Shot and Killed the Low life that was on his Property......KUDOS  to him.To bad the Other Guy Got away he should have Killed him to.

This is the 2nd  time they say he  has had to kill someone that  had Broke into HIS Property in over a Month .And it Sounds like he took all the Steps he needed to to stop the Lowlife Scumbags off his Property.

That included numerous calls to the Cops so all I can say is that the Guy got what he deserved.

All owners need to be that Prepared and start Blowing away all the Lowlife Thieves that  try to Rob em....

Doesnt matter if they are White,Black,Green or  Purple.

I  think it is so sad to hear about that 21 month old Dying .But I have One Question.......

WHAT THE HELL WAS THE MOTHER DOING!!!!!!!!!!

It makes me mad as hell to hear about this,Would you leave your 21 month old outside  unsupervised   knowing  there are dangerous things that he could have come in Contact with.That is why I am Asking Where the Hell was the Mother or Father it doesnt matter who was there.The only thing that matters is WHO was suppose to be watching Him.

Has  anyone heard  wether they Found the Woman that was Missing Yesterday From ft worth? I normally wouldnt  ask  But her  Family Looked soo Worried yesterday and since they found so much  of her things Missing I was just wondering about Her.......

Why in the world would want to Kill a sweet ,Beautiful Child like Anna Mack It just Breaks my Heart to Read what that Poor sweet baby Girl went thru I know there is More that the Police isnt Releasing to the Press yet....But some things just dont sound Right to me.

1 Why was she up walking around out side at Night By herself.

2.How come Mom and Dad didnt realize she wasnt in House(dont they lock their doors at Night)?

3.Why was Mom the only one that talked to the Press Where was dad?

it just seems like a lot of Questions but not enough info.I know the Police want to save as Much info as they can,But I for one hope they dont drag their heels and catch this Lowlife Perv before he does this to some other Family.

I was Looking at the Ft Worth Star Telegram on-line when I ran across The  JPS Physician Report 2006.And from what I read  JPS was  the Worst  Hospital in Ft Worth  to Work at and to be taken to when You are ill ,Especisally when the Physicians gave them a Low Score on Patient Care and Cleanliness.

I for One even if I didnt have Insurance would Not Want to be taken to JPS that place is Fility and Nasty and having to sit there  and Wait for Hours to be seen and it seems the Longer you wait by the Time you do get in to see a Doctor you almost Feel better in the End.

I had my Daughter there years ago and I thought it was bad then But apparently it Hasnt got ant Better since then.I work for one of the other Hositals in Ft worth and I work in Housekeeping and we work Constantly to Maintain a Clean and Sterile Hospital.

We all  think of it as if we are Laying There we wouldnt Want a Bunch of Germs and other  unseen dieases around us and sure want any Member of Our Family exposed to any Either.
