Question? What does the two red dots mean on the Fox shows that appear, then disappear? Only station I have seen do this, and seen it only on Kville, Prison Break, and I think Ramsey's show.

Trying to find out if anyone else has had problems with the new digital meters (electric) with your bill being way higher. I had a bill of 60.00 the month before, the next month 4 times as much. Seems they mis read the meter when installed the new one. Anyone else have this problem?
