thats good, chardoney....i posted this for us "geeks" on here...i am starting to think i am the only one & maybe i_s.... & for people to check to see if they are getting the speed package they are paying for...example...i pay for a 10/1 package...about a month ago this ISP upgraded everyone with the 3/256 package to the 5/512 for free for 1 year...i thought nothing of it really didn't concern my package....but i noticed when downloading a large file like a movie my speed was about half....i kept testing for a few days & finally determined this was not a temporary problem...i am thinking i bet when they upgraded people to 5/512 they must have downgraded me...so i called my ISP & that is exactly what happened...so i was paying for bandwidth i was not getting...

omg, vid, do you think it was a 'mistake' on their part of intentional? This stuff is expensive enough without not getting what you're paying for!

i think it was a mistake...but i hope they corrected the problem for others automatically as i am sure i wasn't the only one...:)
