Is it true that a person can create a "fake" police car, drive it on the public streets, and it is NOT a violation of any current law?
 
What is a RSO doing driving this "fake" police car?  It appears that the RSO is working at an auto sales lot. This would be a place where families with children visit. Is this a violation of his parole? What does his parole officer have to say about his activities?
 
I am glad you identified the auto sales lot; I will make it a point NEVER to visit there with/without my family.
